Case Study: SeaGreen Software
Monique Stover, CEO of ECI Software, has been a web designer and developer for much of the past decade. After a long and storied career working for organizations such as The Getty Trust, Stover decided to take some of her great ideas and strike out on her own.
Stover began to see a need for online form creation software that was a bit different. She wanted to create online forms, but to do it from a desktop application. She wanted the software to create the databases automatically. And most importantly, she wanted the software to target web designers who weren't interested in doing their own programming--but for the software to also appeal to more experienced users.
SeaGreen Software was the result.
After writing the Help files for SeaGreen, Search Results LLC began to block out the site content. Stover wanted the content to have a light touch that would allow her to showcase her design skills. But she also wanted the content to have a selling "spin."
We made certain to highlight features that distinguish SeaGreen from other online form creation software: things like the wizard-like interface, the desktop environment, automatic database creation, and optional code editor.
